Privacy Policy + Terms
of Use
I’ll try to keep this brief. I, Jeremy Brault, value privacy, and I’m trying to track
as little as possible about you. However, there are a handful of things you should be aware of:
- I don’t
have
any tracking cookies or analytics packages running on this
site; however, information about your browser may still be logged.
- My web host, DreamHost,
may save information about your connection in server audit logs. View the DreamHost privacy
policy for more information.
- To avoid spam, my contact information is not displayed on this website. If you would like to reach me,
please inquire
to receive my contact information. When doing this, your email
address will be collected and sent to my server and then sent to a third
party email service provider, Twilio Sendgrid. They will send the
email on
my behalf. Your email address may be logged by them this process. View the Twilio Sendgrid privacy policy for more information.
- You visit this site 100% at your own risk. Everything is provided as-is. All content should be
considered
opinion and used for entertainment purposes only. You agree that there could be errors and
inaccuracies in the content—even though it is accurate to the best of my knowledge—and I
have
no obligation to correct these errors.
- Bots and Scraping: I'd appreciate if you could keep automated scraping
to less than once per hour per page. If you would like to do it more often, you agree that you'll
contact me first and ask permission. I don't plan on updating the site more than once per
week, and I'll usually post a note to the changelog when I make an update.
By merely visiting this website, you’ve agreed to these terms, and that you’re 👍 if I change
these terms
in the future. The effective date of these terms is February 28, 2022. It is your responsibility to check
back from time to time to see if these terms are updated. I have no way of contacting my website visitors.
If you value your privacy enough to have read this page, you should consider deleting facebook, getting a tracker
blocker,
using a vpn, and removing yourself from people
search
websites.
